- Most often legalized documents:
- Higher education diploma – consists of two documents – diploma and supplement. Legalization is made on the original or on a notarized copy of the diploma. Pay attention to whether the diploma is signed by the titular – this is usually omitted and leads to a refusal of legalization!
- High school diploma – the high school diploma is legalized in the same way as the higher diploma, the difference is that there is no application here and the legalization document is one.
- Student Certificate – it certifies the original – must be written for what it is needed – Bachelor, Master or Specialist and which country to serve.
- Birth certificate – a duplicate is legalized, not an original on which the municipality has placed a rectangular stamp on the back, stating that it certifies the signatures and seals on the document. That is, when you take your duplicate out of the municipality, indicate that you need legalization and they will put this rectangular stamp on the back. Certificate of marital status / Marriage certificate – legalization follows the same requirements as the Birth Certificate, again we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the stamp on the back is mandatory, its absence leads to a refusal to legalize!
- Criminal record certificate – an original (valid for 6 months) is legalized, which must contain the signature of a registrar and a judge. Keep in mind that when issuing the certificate, you must indicate that you need it abroad to be signed by a judge! If the second signature is missing, the certificate is not subject to legalization.
