What is included in the price of the translation?
The price of a translation is determined by the type of document or text, the language combination, the volume and complexity of the material, as well as the required turnaround time.
For document translations, we can provide you with the final price and turnaround time after reviewing the document. If necessary, additional services such as certification, legalization, or an Apostille can also be included, depending on the requirements for the specific document.

Legal entities pay the invoice after the translation services are completed. The payment term is 10 days, unless otherwise agreed. Individuals settle the invoice prior to the translation. Payment can be made via PayPal, online banking, or by standard bank transfer. Translation services commence immediately upon receipt of payment or a payment confirmation sent to us via email.
You typically need a certified translation when translating documents such as diplomas, criminal record certificates, and marriage certificates required by domestic or foreign authorities (embassies, ministries, government agencies, courts, insurance companies, medical institutions, schools, universities, etc.).
A certified translation is a translation of a document that has been prepared and certified in accordance with the requirements for its submission to the relevant institution.
Depending on the type of document and the country where it is to be submitted, the translation may require certification, signature attestation, an Apostille, or another form of legalization.
